User Agreement

1. Service

xopc connects to an xopc gateway for assistant conversations, notes, tasks, projects, files, automations, voice input and optional notifications. Online functions require a reachable gateway and depend on its configuration, device permissions and service availability. Declining optional microphone or notification permissions does not block text input.

2. Test environment and gateways

The dedicated test gateway is hosted in China and uses Alibaba Cloud models, search and speech services for testing. Use sample data; do not submit sensitive information, production credentials or important work materials.

For other gateways, confirm your authorization and review their operators, providers, access controls, processing locations, retention and agreements. Keep pairing links and credentials private. Ask the gateway administrator to revoke a device if it is lost or its authorization is compromised.

3. Content and actions

You retain your lawful rights in your messages, notes, files and other materials. Necessary content is sent to the selected gateway and its configured services to perform functions you choose, as described in the privacy policy. Confirm your right to use and submit materials.

Respect applicable law and others' rights. Do not use the app for unauthorized access, malware distribution, privacy or intellectual-property infringement, authentication bypass or abuse of others' service resources.

Review targets, content and effects before running tasks, tools or automations. Server work may continue after the client closes and must be stopped separately on the gateway or relevant management page.

4. AI and test limitations

AI output may contain factual, timing or interpretation errors. Verify key information and review it before important decisions or external use.

The test may experience changes, interruptions, compatibility problems or data loss. Keep copies of important materials. Feedback should contain reproduction steps and redacted logs, without credentials or private content. These statements do not exclude your statutory rights or the operator's legal responsibilities.

5. Fees and third-party services

This agreement does not create a payment obligation to the app operator. Independent gateway and third-party model, search or speech charges depend on their terms and your choices. Check billing before enabling or using them.

6. Privacy, leaving and minors

The HarmonyOS test privacy policy describes processing, recipients, permissions, retention and deletion. Manage system permissions, disable notifications or disconnect in the app, and contact the operator or gateway administrator about your requests.

Withdrawing permissions, disconnecting or uninstalling does not automatically delete remote or downstream data, backups or exported files, or stop server tasks and automations. Delete content, revoke devices and stop work separately, contacting the responsible operator where needed.

Minors should read this agreement and use test functions with guardian guidance.

7. End of testing

Test functions and services may change or end with the test program. You may also stop using the app. Save materials you need to retain. Contact the relevant operator about independent gateways or downstream services.
